OUR
ORGANISATION
We
operate in a new competitive context where the technology,
the business models and the market are starting to merge,
requiring new organisational models even for a consultancy
company. Our structure is ready for this challenge. Our consultants
do not work in the traditional way on projects, as if they
were on a production line (different suppliers and points
of view, difficulties in communicating, lack of responsibility,
activities in sequence). We work as one team, a single entity,
exploiting from the very beginning of the project the visibility
which generates multi-disciplinary activities in parallel.

This team of consultants (with wide experience in the different
sectors in which we operate) is involved in defining the changeover:
the business idea and the business model, in relation to marketing,
as well as to operating and organisation. |

careful costs/benefits analysis is carried out for each project,
on the basis of the macro implementation level. The Business
Consulting structure is also responsible for setting the pace
for the project's progress; managing the timing, scheduling
the resources as well as all the other activities necessary
for returns on the business. Project management is now carried
out in partnership with A&G management consultants. |

The resources of this team are mainly involved in e-business
projects for companies for whom the relation with the final
customer is of vital importance. We have at our disposal all
the necessary tools of market analysis and benchmarking, for
developing the graphic design, editorial contents and software
for the user interface, which needs to be quick and easy to
understand and navigate, ergonomic, user-friendly and attractive.

This team is responsible for defining the hardware and software
architecture for the front and back-end users. Maximum attention
is paid to scalability and to containing costs. High qualitative
standards are maintained in planning this work, while following
accurate cost estimate methods for the project.This team's
resources include competence in software and database design,
security, architecture/network infrastructure, the operation
of both internet and conventional payment systems, construction
of applications, testing, and of course, quality assurance!
All
these activities are the "core competence" of e.MAGINE. Only
small sections of the development work are outsourced so as
to minimize costs to the customer.

management service innoteam
The rapid implementation of reliable e-business solutions
for our customers often requires the capacity to provide support
structures.This team possesses the technical capacity to construct
state of the art operational infrastructures, as well as managing
the purchase of hardware, (but not supplying it) and all necessary
connections.Thanks to the Internet Service Provider structures,
the team is also able to offer hosting and housing services,
to guarantee the operation of applications on the basis of
"7 days x 24 hours", with maximum security standards and a
vast range of services with high added value.

The management structure for human resources is involved with
the training of consultants, bringing in diverse centres of
competence, and allocating them to the various teams involved
